Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots

These are so sweet, easy, and delicious! I have made these a few times and they are addictive. They also are cooked in the microwave, so they are super easy!


16oz bag baby carrots

1 Tbsp butter, broken into small pieces (use dairy-free spread if needed)

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp salt

Place carrots in a microwave safe dish and sprinkle ingredients over top.
Cover and cook on high 3 minutes, remove and toss carrots to coat. Cook 3 more minutes at a time, stirring in between, for total of 12 minutes.
