Hot Spinach Dip

I made this for a birthday party.  I wasn't sure if they would have something gluten free for me to eat, so I brought this with some corn tortilla chips, but you could serve it with veggies or some sort of crackers of bread if you don't need gluten free.  This reheats well too. 

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
10oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed out
1 cup sour cream, use light if you like
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic
8oz cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all ingredients well and spread into sprayed 9x13 dish.  Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
