Oatmeal Spice Cookies

I made these cookies to have as a low point treat, and they were yummy!  They are very simliar to my Oatmeal Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies but without the chocolate.  Best of all, they are only 1 Weight Watcher point each!

1/2 cup light butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda for baking
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup dry nonfat milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 heaping tsp cinnamon
1/4 heaping tsp cloves
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together butter, brown sugar, and splenda.  Add eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth.  Combine the rest of the ingredients except the oats and blend into sugar mixture.  Stir in the oats.  Using very small ice cream scoop, drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.  Should make at least 28 cookies.  Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown on edges.  Do not overbake.  Let cool for 2 minutes and then remove from cookie sheet.

Weight Watcher Points: only 1 point per cookie!
